Our partners manufactured furniture and joinery items in collaboration with D&D London for this iconic Grade 1 listed Quakers Friars building. Klosterhaus is composed of a glamorous restaurant, bar, event spaces and outdoor terraces. Executive Head Chef, Bjoern Wassmuth and Head Chef Rhys Grayson have created a range of menus that showcase Mittel- European cuisine alongside German classics inspired by Bjoern’s German heritage.
