Bespoke furniture & joinery for hospitality and residential interiors
Make Bespoke Studio collaborates with interior designers, architects and procurement teams to deliver bespoke furniture, joinery, bespoke lighting and timber flooring. From our base in Chelsea Harbour, London, we coordinate specialist workshops across the UK and Europe to turn detailed schemes into beautifully engineered, buildable solutions.
Bespoke furniture
Bespoke furniture is where a scheme truly becomes its own. We partner with interior designers on hotels, members’ clubs, workspaces and private homes to design and manufacture furniture that feels rooted in the architecture and narrative of each project. Every piece is tailored to your drawings, finishes schedule and operational requirements.
We work across loose and fitted bespoke furniture – casegoods, console tables, credenzas, sideboards, wardrobes, banquettes, dining tables, occasional tables, beds, headboards, desks and outdoor furniture. Our role is to bridge design intent and manufacturing detail: developing technical drawings, coordinating samples, prototyping where required and overseeing production through to installation.
With a network of specialist workshops in the UK and Europe, we can support one-off statement pieces for a private residence or a full package of bespoke furniture for a hospitality rollout. For designers looking for a manufacturing partner, we act as an extension of your studio – quietly ensuring that everything arrives on site exactly as specified.

Joinery
Our bespoke joinery underpins many of the schemes we support – the quiet structure behind the interiors. Working with a network of joinery workshops in London and across the UK, we deliver everything from single feature pieces to full joinery packages for hotels, members’ clubs and residential projects.
Typical bespoke joinery includes wall panelling, media units, wardrobes, libraries, kitchen and pantry joinery, vanity units, staircases, bars and reception desks. We take your design intent – from sketches and GA plans through to detailed joinery packages – and resolve the technical drawings, ironmongery, access panels, integrated lighting and services coordination that make each piece work on site.
Projects are managed from Chelsea Harbour with site surveys, samples, mock-ups and installation all coordinated through a single point of contact. Whether you need one immaculate media wall in a London townhouse or a series of joinery elements rolled out across a hospitality brand, our joinery teams bring a meticulous approach to tolerances, finish quality and long-term durability.

Bespoke lighting
We design and manufacture bespoke lighting that feels integral to the interior, not applied to it. Working closely with designers, we engineer decorative lighting that balances proportion, materiality and light quality – from grand statement pieces to subtle details that quietly reinforce the mood of a room.
Our bespoke lighting capability covers feature chandeliers, pendants, linear bar runs, wall lights and table lamps for hospitality and high-end residential projects. We can develop contemporary designs from scratch or adapt and reproduce heritage pieces using archive components and specialist glass and metalwork. Behind each fitting is a detailed focus on structure, fixing, weight, maintenance and compliance.
For multi-site projects, we ensure that bespoke lighting schemes are scalable and consistent, with controlled finishes and repeatable components. For one-off spaces, we work at prototype level to refine the character of the light – its glow, sparkle and shadow – until it feels completely aligned with the scheme.

Bespoke timber flooring
Our bespoke timber flooring collections are designed to sit comfortably in both characterful historic buildings and clean contemporary architecture. Working with European mills and specialist installation teams, we supply and fit timber flooring that is carefully calibrated in tone, texture and pattern to suit each project.
From intricate patterns inspired by French parquet to bold large-scale designs, our bespoke timber flooring offers a broad spectrum of plank and panel formats, laying patterns and edge details. Collections such as Forêt and Classics can be customised in colour, grade and finish to work seamlessly with your wider material palette.
Beyond the surface, we also manage the technical side of timber flooring – subfloor preparation, compatibility with underfloor heating, acoustic build-ups and stair details. Our aim is to ensure that the floors we install are as robust and practical as they are beautiful, performing day to day in busy hospitality spaces and lived-in homes.

Finishes & materials
The character of a piece often lies in its finish. We work across an extensive range of materials for bespoke furniture, joinery, lighting and timber flooring, allowing designers to develop a coherent language of surfaces throughout a project.
Our material library includes solid timber and veneers, metal and metal inlays, stone and terrazzo, specialist lacquer and paint finishes, verre églomisé, decorative glass, gilding and a wide selection of upholstery textiles and leathers. Many of these are supported by dedicated workshops and finishing houses within our network.
During design development, we help curate material and finish combinations that are both manufacturable and appropriate for the level of use in hospitality and residential environments. Samples can be produced early, so finishes are signed off with confidence before production begins.
bespoke furniture & joinery projects
Our work spans hospitality and residential interiors, from boutique hotels and private members’ clubs to city apartments and country houses. Each project brings together bespoke furniture, joinery, bespoke lighting and flooring in different ways, tailored to the architecture and client brief.

Bespoke Manufacturing Facilities
Behind every project is a network of specialist workshops and manufacturing partners in the UK and Europe. We coordinate these facilities from Chelsea Harbour, matching each element of bespoke furniture, bespoke joinery, bespoke lighting and timber flooring to the right maker.
This flexible model allows us to support projects of different scales and locations while maintaining a consistently high level of craftsmanship and technical rigour. It also means we can work with a wide range of materials and processes, selecting the most appropriate approach for each brief.
Our team manages programme planning, quality control and logistics, ensuring that all components come together smoothly on site – whether that’s a single apartment fit-out or a multi-floor hospitality scheme.
